I pull off the old pillowcase, then place the lip of the new one around the edge of the pillow. Then, I lift the lip end (far end of pillow) up and lower the pillowcase and pillow, then shake it and let gravity take its course.

I use my tetth.

When I read that, I literally fell out of my chair laughing.
