No such thing as a Wild Boar. There is the WildBow which i think you're looking for. You can only get them by raising a uribo or Porky and hoping they lay a Wild Bow egg.

Only useful for poaching Ribbons. Or FS bags. They aren't too great in battle.

You have to admit that Wild Boar makes more sense.

I think it was probably a typo, this game seems to have more typos than my english class when doing their final exam *rimshot*

Yeah, considering their previous one IS a porky... a Boar is probably the more sensible option.

I think that the translation to this game was done by a few japanese who took like 3 years of english. Not an english speaking person who took 5 years of Japanese.

Or maybe it was just Ted Woolsey pranking Square again.

I think most cases of mistranslation occurs when the English translators are not in contact with the creators of the game. Classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

Ted Woolsey had nothing to do with Tactics' translation. And, despite what most people say, I believe that Woolsey was an excellent translator.

I had nothing to do with Square's translation for FFT, and I could still walk in their office, change around some code, and call it a prank, now couldn't I? :rolleyes2
