What countries were affect the most? Britian and Germany who owed the most. It didn't really mess Britian up that much but only made Germany far worse.

Why was Germany in so bad of a situation? Europe was forcing them to pay for everything from the war.

So I see how it works. Europe demands germany pay for everything and American banks allow them to take out loans to pay the insane demand and when America all of a sudden can't deal with the crap Europe started due to their own problems they are to blame once again?
