You have some options.
- Go to great expense to acquire an MSX and an MG2 cartridge. Lament that you can't understand any of the text and have no idea how to progress because the game is in Japanese.
- Use a highly illegal emulator such as fMSX or BlueMSX to play a fan-translated ROM image of MG2. Live the rest of your life in guilt and fear of the Internet police coming to your house and placing you in prison for the rest of your life.
- Wait until Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence is released to legally play MG2 with updated character portraits, a new item or two, and an official translation. Lament that some character names were changed and complain that the fan translation and MSX portraits were so much better.

Notice how the Genome army in MGS1 was stated to have highly advanced sences of hearing and vision. Yet if you're nine feet away from them they can't see you.
