Gray Fox did in fact wear a bandana, but it's never said that members are required to wear them; it's just one of many pieces of equipment they are provided. You'll notice none of the FOXHOUND members in MGS1 wear bandanas, although they are kind of rebelling anyway.
Well, i wouldnt do something which my former commander told me to do if i was on 'strike' or rebbeling, so yeah, thats why they arent weraing there bandanas, but i think i would if i really liked my bandana.

i have a problem with my mgs.
i just completed it. and the credits went down. then it seemed to get stuck at the konami bit of the credits at the end is that meant to happen?
It happens when you play the first Metal Gear Solid on PS2. It happens to everybody as far as I am aware.

I've only ever played MGS1 on PS2, and it's never happened to me.
could it be the disk? or do i have to try it on a ps1?
