I wasn't too impressed by MGS2, admittedly due in part to the story (I understand it now, but during my first playthrough I almost gave up towards the end) but for a couple of gameplay reasons as well. However, it's not a bad game, or even a mediocre one. It just doesn't quite compare to its predecessor, which is perhaps my favourite game of the Playstation era.
But every game in the series is a classic in its own right, and MGS4 should be no different, so I'm not complaining.

You see the problem with MGS2 is Snake fanboys are awful picky whores.
Where did you see the concept art from? And if it is the sequal to Mgs2, then the baby might be Olga's, because she told Snake to save her baby, but Raiden might have instead....Raiden is in MGS4, he was shown in concept art along with his HF Blade and a baby in a sling, purportedly Rose's.

Olga's kid was already about a year and a half old at the end of MGS2. By the time MGS4 happens (one or more years after MGS2), he should be looking older than the kid Raiden is holding in the MGS4 concept art. Meanwhile, Rosemary hadn't even given birth yet at the end of MGS2, so their kid would be at an age that fits the artwork much more closely.
That and the simple fact of why the hell would Raiden be with Olga and not with Rose, when Jack and Rose are together at the end of MGS2?
I would have thought simple logic would prevail there.
