Hum....the beginning of the end?
We all know what a dirge is - a lamentation for the dead. Incidentally, in Japanese magazines, what is shown under the name of "Cerberus" is Vincent's gun.
In the last Japanese tralier I saw, there was a voice saying "This is the beginning of the end".
I start having a gloomy feeling about this...Vincent is said to be pretty much immortal, so what's all of this about, in your opinion?

You could consider the beginning of the end for Vincent to be when he was revived as a half-monster kinda guy. And the end of the end will be when he finally goes to sleep, this time for good, and without Hojo's pesky revival B.S.
edit: Or, remember when Lucrecia says the Jenova inside her wouldn't let her kill herself? Maybe it could be the end of the end for her, too.
Vincent has no Jenova cells for the last friggin time!

The 'end' of classic FF games happened quite a long time ago.
And while Hojo didnt experiment on him, he did not inject Vincent with JENOVA cells. Vincent feels no call to the Reunion.
