Anyone have a Translated FFIV rom that doesn't need a patch?

I want to be able to play Final Fantasy IV with the origional dialog on my PSP right. However, the emulator it uses does not seem to recognize the translator patch. Does anyone know of a place where I can get it in which all the dialog is translated, and I dont need a patch?
