Emotions should be given an incredibly high warning. They can be toyed with, false and often the complete opposite from what they seem, so more often than not, they're bad.
But sometimes they can be good, like happiness and joy...depression is bad tho /._.\

They're good, because they're supposed to be a part of us. And I mean ALL emotions, like joy, fear, sorrow, anger, excitement, love, etc. Not just sadness and anger likeKyonoan emo kid feels.
