Heh, Cloud's outfit is cool, but it looks rather lopsided to me, with that missing sleeve. NOOOOOOO! Squall's going back to that ff8 costume, he look way hotter in that KH one, I still think the fluffy on his jacket looks rather girly. ;P I hope they have some screenshots of some people, and the japanese site should be coming up with some soon.
