For some odd reason, my PS2 won't play sounds as well when they originate towards the right side of the screen. It only does it on my TV, Stereo or Mono.

I'd say it's a problem with your TV or a connection. Does your TV have that sort of problem if you're just watching TV or a movie?
No, just with the PS2. If I play a movie on the PS2, it's fine too.
