Where do I begin?
One of our old dogs was named Mouse... and when we had mice, we called one Dog, just to put that into balance.
My mom's two cats are brother and sister, she named them Phil and Lil :rolleyes2
My sister's cat goes by the name of Fat.
We call our one dog Bog; she's this hefty always-hungry spaniel, and her original name (Snuggles) just didn't fit her.
As for cool names, our newest dog (a border collie) is named Koda.

My folks have 2 Border Collies named Shep and Kitty, 2 Scottish Terriers named Maude and Millie, and a cat named Blue.
My bf Had cats named Squeak, Lovey, and Charlotte, and dogs named Misty, and another named Skippy. Not to mention a variety of frogs and critters on all counts.

I had a kitty named Lestat, even though I ended up calling him Shnookie all the time...one day he went outside and never came home...first time I ever got sad over am animal.
Oh, and I had a cat before him who I named Athena, but she wasn't cool like him.

Our first dog was named Peaches, then we had Conchita, then we had a rabbit whose name I forgot and another whose name was Heaven. Later I got two hermit crabs and named them Elvis and Presley. When we moved we got a cat and named it Garfield. When he moved we got Smokey and Bandit, both cats. Bandit died, and we got Snowflake, another cat, and when she died we got Pricess Leia who we first thought was a guy and named General Lee. Smokey moved a long time ago, and now Princess moved too.

My hedgehog's name is Hugo Deathroll because he is sharp and will kill you. His previous owner named him.
My rats are Jack Napier and Edward Nashton, after the Joker and the Riddler, who are tits.
My fish is named Barry after my boyfriend's brother. He's an evil killer fish.

There's this girl at work who supposedly has the hots for me. And she got chewed out by a co-worker one day, so I figured since she liked me it'd be easy for me to cheer her up by flirting with her. So I called her Amberlicious (her name is Amber). I haven't been able to live that one down yet.
Wait... This is about actual pet's names... Uh I have a dog named Artemis. Favorite Greek goddess ;P
