that would be why im not familiar with it. i didnt do the monster arena side quest. Sorry! :O_O: :laughing:
neslug is easy, if you have attack reels... it also helps if your doin 99 999 damage.
heres the low down on Neslug: HP - 4 000 000. When his HP drops below 2 000 000, he will go into his shell and heal himself to full health (GREAT!!).
what you need to do is get his health as close to 2 000 000 without doing more than 2 000 000 damage. this is easiest if you do 20 attacks of 99 999 (1 999 980 damage). after this, have wakka use attack reels (12 x 99 999) which will break Neslug's shell!!! yay!!!
after this, finish him off quickly because he will keep attacking your party with slime, which is pretty annoying (esp if you dont have ribbon).

Alternatively, Doublecast Ultima and Copycat when he retreats into his shell, also Entrust Tidus for Overdrive because Blitz Ace still does damage while Neslug is in his shell.

use full break cuase well it breaks magic and all stuff like that then use sloga to stop him going bk in to is shell for a bit then well attck lol should kill him in 1 or 2 hits? well mine did i was taking off 99.999 and tht was last night i completed the game again last night lol (lulu's mage you seem to need alot of help) did you not train?

I'll have you know this, "Final Fantasy King!", I train a lot harder than you think. I just now got to Shinryu a couple of days ago and beat him on the second try! I'm also alot younger than you think. It just so happens that I beat Neslug today. I had to get Tidus's strength to 255!
Here's how I beat him. I attacked away until he went into his shell. Then I started doublecasting Ultima on him in his recupritive state. Then I finally decided to use blitz ace. Each hit did about 70,000, the blitzball did 99,999 ofcourse.That broke his shell Woo Hoo!!! Then I used the magus sisters to finish him off! I won!!!

Here's a hint: I'm not a teenager yet. And the special fiends of the monster arena will drop dark matters periodically.
attack reel on wakka then entrust other overdrives to wakka so he can perform another attack reel.. it will break the shell before he can even get inside it!
