Okay, who's heard of it and who hasn't? Who likes it and who doesn't?

For those of you who're deprived, tri-tip is a kind of steak. Apparently, it's mostly a California thing, which means I don't expect an overwhelming positive response to this thread.

In conclusion, go eat tri-tip. It's delicious.

I don't eat steak, so I can't say first hand. From what I hear, it's good.
