Unless some forward thinking person decided that it might be a good idea to release the English language PAL Australian release in the UK at the same time. Not that such a thing would happen but it would certainly make for a nice change of pace.

Every final fantasy game since at least 7 was released in europe, there's no reason to think that 12 won't be released there. There's no date because they don't know! They have to get it finished and released in Japan, and translated to english for north america, before they can translate it into all those other languages and fix it to work on your weird TVs.
What was the last original Square game not released in europe? Xenogears? 7 or 8 years ago?

FFX was actually kinda bad compared to a lot of RPG's, not just other FF's. Especially after the stellar performance FFIX gave.

the u.k release date is supposed to be nearly christmas 2006.
