greed and the use of power.

look at macdonalds for instance. has a nasty habit of chopping down rain-forests. not a good businnes. but it's allowed. co2 pumping factories that don't care about the environment. bad. selling high fat, high calorie high salt foods to kids with celebrities and cartoon characters. bad.

money used to cripple other countries in subsidies is also bad. money used to prevent the creation of small companies or to put out of business existing ones is also bad. materialism and greed with money where the only thing that matter in live is the size of your bank account and how you show it in a hugely extravagant manner is bad too.

and as i said before it is not the american peple that are "evil" it is the country. thought it does have a few of these "evil" people anyway.

huh thats news - Hey guys i live in the united states of Mcdonalds!?

McD's uses its greens power - not our countries power. Instead of whining about it you should put together a big news group and feed this info in a usefull way. Sight petitions, start awarness... oh wait .. that is a dumb american thing to do...

Yeah this business goes to OTHER COUNTRIES - and some greedy bastage owns it. Yell at the other countries for allowing this and quit dogging america. We are TRYING to help where we can - mabey if we didnt have to protect our damn image so often, we could get arround to working out somthing with other contries' problems. We help - sure we help to help us. but we help. And i hope you can enjoy the fact that we are working to make the world free and better... less of course you like constant issues.. which it seems like you might..

and oh yes i missed out the sporting companies who use slave labor as being bad too.

rye - victorian britian didn't have plague. it had cholera and typhoid. which were caused by poor sanitation and sewers. the government didn't want to do anything about it because it was interveering so alot of people crapped themselfs to death.

Oh, wait... you are blaming all of this on the U.S.

You arent actually doing anything about it... your're just bitchin about OUR country. Hmm... ok.

Seems to me like you should take all the energy you are wasting on thie thread by bashing the U.S. (and I must say, you do seem to have lots of energy) and do something useful like a demonstration or a petition.

But wait, demonstrations and petitions mean you have to exercise freedom of speech. Thats an American principle so screw that...

it's aggression. it's like of compassion for those who need it most. it's self importance. it's self importance but unwilling to use it in the correct way. it's destrcution of internation treaties, negotiations and instituations, it's unwillingness to limit co2, it's selffishness, it's misused influence, it's materialism, it's lies and excuses, it's greed, it's me me me society, it's claiming culture of sueing, it's lack to identify with the needs of another man. the idea that the american way is the only and best way.
