Right now BJ's dad is BBQing chicken and veggie kabobs. Gonna be gooooood... My favorite BBQ'd food is probably ribs though. I love BBQ sauce all over my boooody. :fppink:

Typically I find that real barbeque smells better than it tastes.
It's just, I don't associate 'sweet' with barbeque, and when it smells all good, but tastes sweet, it's just nasty.

Chicken, burgers, steak, brisket, ribs. Fish and rattlesnake are good too, but not the top of the list.
And it shouldn't taste "sweet." That sounds disgusting.

Fort Worth is sort of known for its barbecue, above all other kinds of food.I think we once deemed ourselves the Barbecue Capital of the World or something, but other cities have done that, too. xD
Erm...I love brisket. Cousin's Pit Barbecue Brisket. Or chopped beef. I love pickles with barbecue.
