Too bad Sabin's Blitzes are Mag. Pwr based, including Bum Rush.
It varies every time. I leave two of Gau, Mog, Relm, Cyan.
Relm does have the highest innate Mag. Pwr.

I generally leave Shadow (because I didnt know you could let him live) and Relm. If I had Shadow I would ditch Strago though. I like Blue Magic, but it takes time to get and I would rather spend that time in the Forest of Dinosaurs.
True. I never used Relm as part of my core party (or even as a secondary party in the Phoenix Cave), but I do prefer her to Gau (Control can be useful).Once you start looking beyond the character's innate abilities, it all becomes so much clearer...

Last time I left behind Gogo and Umaro because they weren't around for the first half of the game.
It just feels weird leaving anyone else behind.
I love Terra's theme the best!

1) you can kill kefka in one hit with shadow (or gogo if you give him the throw ability.)
2)blue magic rocks, grand train is awsome and step mine can do some serious damage.
3)gau is pretty good if you get him petrodon and some other really cool ones.
4) the only charecter i really leave behind regularaly is setzer.
