A little help

i've beat the game a few times, and now its been a while sence i played. i started playing again last night and going to try and beat it at 100% . but going by the walkthrough here i keep missing a part.

after i complete this point i only have 7 % not 8 %

where is the corridor for the blitzball dome , and what point do i find him at during ,the mission part where your handing out the balloons or when . >.< i don't know and its driving me crazy.

umm i think u can access it anytime....and its the corridors where the locker rooms were in ff10...to the left and right of the grand staircase into the blitz arena.
