Aeris isn´t shy.
Damn, she even seemed to enjoy the brothel part somehow!

I´m not sure of any of them.
Tifa´s hotter in a "dirty" way, I think, but personality-wise I guess it´s Aeris.
Some of her personality did fit to my taste, although not the "cocky" one she tended to have at times.
