when i say america i mean it's government that is so into torture it produces a manual on how to commit it. then changes it's own laws about it. and makes a whole camp dedicated to the idea.

ad it's not extreme circumstances. well while holding and torturing a 10 year old boy is pretty extreme, and blinding a prisoner and torturing innocents. it isn't in itself odd. it is committed greatly in there. people are exported to horrible countries if their methods aren't working.

and i attack the whole american government not over one flaw but a huge list of crimes, failures and evils.
