Anyway, X-2 had no summons because of the events of X. XII will have summons, no reason for it not to (I think some pictures of the summons have been released, cant remember). The release date has been mentioned above... cant remember if that's right or not *looks* Yep, March 16th. It will not be online. Raven Nox covered it nicely.
The American release date will likely be a few months after Japan, and European release dates are never predictable, so who knows.
