yup. if i was governor (since we're under the states' jurisdiction) i would do the island a favor and make a civil war so we could get rid of all useless agencies/people/corruption and take my god-forsaken country to good steps by making the education department the best in the world.

edit-rant: the island really needs a dictator (a real mother phucker) to get it's act together.
