I would be an inverse sword, why because it's the sword I always use jagged spiky and strong, my favorite one is Rescue the Princess.

and how exactly would you know that inanimate has no personality? Are you an inanimate object? Maybe, just maybe, an inanimate object has more personality and more feelings. and maybe being an inanimate sword would be so bad, I mean come on, you get to be around during big battle and know history better than any historians will. then you will probably get to sleep all you want, and then, when you are rediscovered, you get treated like a king or queen. and people will even come and admire your beautifulness and uniqueness no matter how ugly or normal you really are.
