It seems extremely unlikely that there is any relationship between Lenne and Yuna, other than a symbolic one. The prospect of Yuna being a descendent of Lenne is almost completely impossible. We see Lenne die during certain FFX-2 scenes; any chance for her later raising a family does not exist. As to indirect relationship, recall that the surviving citizenry of Zanarkand became the Fayth, and that Sin destroyed the city.
The argument for Yuna being a reincarnation of Lenne is also impossible. Refer to this document, which (among other objectives) debunks this theory.
