I don't think this is the time to take the higher ground.

if they were let out of prison then the county must think they have serverd their time. (of course no one knows for sure.)

They don't "serve their time." They get let out because there's nothing else to do with them, and they hope they've scared them enough to keep them from doing it again.

this type of thing is a desies, thats like banning people from school because they have aids. untill he proves otherwise i woulnt really care.

Maybe it is like banning a person because they have AIDS. If the person with AIDS is pulling people into the bathroom and raping them.
