I would really think Tifa, because she is really stronger than Aeris. Aeris is frail and demure, and Tifa knows how to execute martial arts, so yeah... but that's my opinion anyways.

If it came down to it, Tifa would. But considering Tifa is more mature than to beat down Aeris over love, they really wouldn't ever get in a fight. I know Aeris isn't the type to initiate it either. So its pointless to even worry about it. I honestly don't think they ever WOULD fight. Tifa only fights to defend anyway.

Tifa would flick Aeris in the forehead and give her a concussion or something. Aeris is a wuss. You might say "oh, she has awesome magic" or something, but it's not like she'd have the time to cast, given that Tifa would have flicked her in the few seconds it takes. Easy fight.
