2. Um I remember seeing Ho-chu but I don't remember seeing him around the world map. Oh and there is also Proud Clod which kinda resembles the giant tanks that appear during 'Return to Midgard' event thingy.
1. Receiving a physical attack is right, but you need to give one more.
2. Ho-chu is right, but you need to say where it was supposed to appear outside the Battle Square, as well as details of the other monster. The Proud Clod is exactly the same as the one you fought in Midgar, only it has higher stats in the BS.
Ho-chu and the other monster appear in the BS and were intended to appear in random encounters, but they were left out in the late stages of development, so you have to say where they would have appeared had the game been completed.

I'll give you Q1, and Ho-chu should have appeared in the Ancient Forest, but there is a mistake you've made in the enemy list (near the bottom), so you didn't get the second part of Q2 right. Nice list though.

Master Tonberry is in the Northern Crater. Tonberry appears in the Battle Square, but not anywhere else in the game. Where should you be able to find a Tonberry?
But that is what I've compiled in my PC Walkthrough... Hmmm... Maybe I made a wrong copy.
Maybe... Anyway, the Tonberry is meant to be found in the Whirlwind Maze.
