Yeah, we have a GameCrazy here that offers the service of buffing out disks with scratches for a few bucks. Its connected to Hollywood Video. Not sure how popular it is elsewhere in the states, let alone internationally. But the store is just like GameStop, and EB Games. So I'd suggest someone who deals with used games, as a buffer is a must have when you get people's junk games to have to try and re-sell. If they don't have one, then they're either in financial trouble, idiots, or just... weird.
