well well i was only cheking a site so i dunno wich bit it is but i also found pics of tifa fighting 1 on the silver haired man i think it was the 1 with the gunblade

If it is that pic of Cloud holding an unconscious Tifa, no, she doesn't die. She only gets beaten by Loz and Cloud finds her unconsciuos, but not dead.

If Tifa was going to die, they would NOT show it in the trailers.
true, true but why do they show aeris in the movie is that just a flashback too?

Its not a flashback, because the scene shown in the trailer never takes place between them. It's like a dream scene, or he finds some other way of contacting her.
Because it's not a huge plot spoiler. If she was going to be resurrected (which she wont be, but as a hypothetical situation), they wouldnt show scenes of her resurrection in the trailers. They'll tease at things, like Sephiroth, but they wouldnt show any HUGE plot things, like Tifa's death if it were planned. Not to mention that Tifa has been shown in Dirge of Cerebrus,
And, as TurkSlayer says, it isnt a flashback. It's a dream sequence or an event in Cloud's mind, as he feels extremely guilty over 'failing' to protect Aerith.
