No. Shocking, isn't it? No Bahamut in this game, not as a summon monster, nor as a Totema.
On a side note, Biggs and Wedge don't show up in it either. ...Sad...

Complete all 300 main missions. Enter a town. Watch a cutscene, then pick up the first of the missions from the pub. I'd prefer not to spoil the plot, as it is way too fun for that, but I will if you really want me to.
