The spoilers rule is only made for new books/games/movies/etc. No one wants to be told (SPOILER)that Dumbledore dies if they haven't finished the new Harry Potter book.

Anyway, I also agree with Cloud-dude and Aaron ^_^ Sure, they don't have to go into the FF7 forum if they don't want FF7 spoiled for them, but it is a really long game, and people may want to discuss the game before they finish it. Or they may want help on the storyline, or to help others. Saying most people have played it by now doesn't make sense... why would we mark spoilers for [insert some newer game here], then, if we don't make it universal - people who haven't finished the newer game shouldn't go into the respective forum either, right? Also, what does it matter if only a few people haven't played the game by now? We can still show some consideration for those few people by marking our spoilers with spoiler tags; it doesn't take that much effort. Laziness, biatches, laziness
