Need Help with a song title

Ok looking for a song, don't know the title, lyrics, or band, so hope you can help me, it might be snow patrol. The verse is very quiet and sound like them, the chorus sound like go the outside go-o-o-o the outside and sort of sounds like chris cornell, and at the end he sings quiet for a while with no instruments just guitar feedback, and it sounds like on the outside on-n-n-n the outside, can someone help me cause its a good song.

Well I figured it was a long shot, I just people don't know what the hell I'm talking about, rather then they don't like the song.
