Yoda may not have iron in his blood perhaps there is some other sort of protein (or similar molecule) which does not depend on iron to make it's affinity for oxygen strong like haemoglobin in humans.

Magneto has a bucket on his head, so he has my vote.
He just needs any electrolyte in his blood to be controlled by Magneto, since Magneto just needs to be able to conjure an opposing polarity to whatever polarity the elements in his bloodstream carry to control him.
It's possible that he doesn't have any, being an alien, but I still go with Magneto.
