There's no way in hell Magneto can lose, as anyone with an ounce of common sense could instantly deduce.
Yoda couldn't force choke, that's a Dark Side power, and Yoda most certainly isn't Dark Side.
Also, depending on which X-Men you're following, Magneto can generate a magnetic barrier field around himself for protection, so even if Yoda COULD use Force Lightning, Magneto's barrier would just deflect it since it's electricity.
Yoda is badass therefore he is neither light or dark side of the force. he is on the side of Yoda. kicking everyones ass since he first appeared

Not really, you don't even see him using light side powers in the films.
Yeah, doesn't Yoda only do the telekenesis thing? I don't even remember him ever doing it in the actual movies, but he did it a lot in the cartoon of Star Wars. He was much cooler in the cartoon.
The most he did in the films was deflect Count Dooku's Force Lightning, levitate that big metal thing that was going to drop on Anakin, and flip around like crazy.
Magneto on the other hand can manipulate the metal in the EARTH.
