We actually had a debate about this in school last year. This article would have been an interesting addition. I will say that the result of the debate was that violent video games(etc) do not equal violence in real life. Actually most in my class use violent video games to VENT thier anger.. thus dismantling a possible violent situation. Thus in the overall conclusion it was said that depending on the person violent video games may increase violence or decrease violence but that on most the affect is neglidiable(this was finally agread upon cause not everyone aggreed that it would decrease violence in most).
