Remiem Temple is in the Calm Lands, get on a chocobo and you go next to the entrance (Past Macalania Woods), then go to your right and there is a Chocobo feather on the ground, press "X" next to it and you jump to a platform , keep doing this and you get to another screen whereby you go across a bridge and go inside a temple and Belgemine is there , fight all her aeons and she gives you the flower sceptre, with the blossom crown and flower sceptre go to the door BEHIND belgemine and open it with the Celestial Mirror, and VOILA.
