I think Zidane is the best. Maybe because he is really strong. Ultima Weapon+MP Attack+Demon Killer= 9999 damage against Necron. Even at level 47!

That's FFVI. FFIII was only released on ROMs, and the thief there does have a 'stache. Locke does not.
