Next GTA game?

Well, that was a good idea until The Getaway stole it.....

They didn't remake London for the PS2. If you look at the order of the PSX games, it seems likely London is next, with Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas all appearing in the original GTA (Although Vice came after SA in GTA) and London was an add-on pack to that.

What I'd like is a kind of GTA: England, with four cities. London, Birmingham, Liverpool/Manchester and Edinburgh/Glasgow. Admittedly the distances between them would be skewed, but hey, since when was Las Vegas a mile from Los Angeles and San Fransisco?

GTA: Zepp. Only it's take place in the year 2369 where humans discovered a revolutionary equasion which provides unlimited and clean energy for all. It was dubbed "magic". But many people havee used this energy source to create many weapons of mass destruction called "Gears". This game would be of a young man escaping from the Post War Admin Burau and is a mercinary who's only goal in life is to erradicate the weapons called Gears. Along the way this man can pick up many magical weapons like the Fireseal. And instead of stealing cars the player can steal hovercraft or pilot giant bi-pedal robots.

That's the stupidest thing I ever heard.

Yes but I was talking about the OLD GTA game. San Andreas came before Vice City in that.

1) Japan. Strolling through the massive Tokyo would be awesome, and is something I've really yet to see in a game.

2) Scooters, Tuk Tuks, Hovercrafts, Hand-Gliders, Fighter Jets, Designer Cars, Skates, Rocket Shoes, test robots, Helicopter backpacks like the one in Ratchet & Clank, etc.

3) Better swimming aspects, wind surfing/hand gliding, in-depth combat, Spear, Swordfish, Num-Chucks, any other traditional Japanese weapons

4) Japanese outlaw

1) Where should the next GTA take place?

International stuff; Start in a Chicago-esque place, move on to a British city, then to Japan for some hyperawesome form of Tokyo. All with surrounding countryside and such too, of course. And let people fly (And even swim) between them.

2) What new vehicles will we see? (The skateboard is probably an obvious one, but what else? Scooters? Those stupid “lean-forward-and-you-move” things?)

What, Segways? Hell yeah we need those. Also, more concept cars, more 'unique' things like bulldozers, HGVs, and things like that. The ultimate-uber-badass vehicle you only unlock with pure awesome newbian madder skillz at the end of the game would have to be, of course, a Mech. That can transform into a chopper or VTOL jet. C'mon, I want the last area to be Japanese!

3) What new weapons or features will there be? (A more advance fighting system/melee weapons system? Novelty Items; Books? Chairs?)

Hand-to-hand fighting could definately stand some improvement. I'd suggest it swings down to a side-on view and plays like a standard beat-'em-up, but that'd be hard to figure weapons into I fear. Also, not only a number of places to buy, but also allow you to furnish them yourself.

4) Who will our main character be? (Race? Social Standing?)

A suburban white teenager who totally does not follow the stereotypes and is instead well-read, upbeat, and severely badass. Let the player change their appearance even more through reaaaaallllly expensive plastic surgery or something. Or even have a sex change.

5) Submarines? Come on, who doesn’t want submarines?

Hells yeah, submarines 4tw.

Also, seasons and weather effects would be great, as would a greater sense of a long-term campaign rather than a series of missions. Imagine if you could actually have a gan in all locations, and monitored them or something, and the lines changed and stuff... awesome.
