Are you serious?
No one is really capable IMO to say they dont, they dont necessarily have to have the same types or even the same way of expressing feelings to have them. The only problem is we dont know what they are saying, hence people thinking they are the higher evolutioned species say they dont. Yet i still feel that its unconfirmed for sure if they do or dont. I tend to believe they do however.
