I have no decent explanation but looking at it from another point of view,it makes me think of the flower boss you fight in the Evil Forest.
I want names of things, I don't want "I think it's something like a flower", the whole riddle is to answer the question of what/who it is. Not guessing what it MIGHT be. And without an explanation I will no longer comment. Give reasoning and a NAME. Or you will not see me commenting on your post, whether you get it right or not.

I'm afraid you are wrong either way Vivi, but please do some research, if you know where the monster is or whatever, it'd take two seconds to look up an enemy list and find the name for it. All you'd have to do is know where it is.
As I've constantly said Smart is in reference to the answer's name

I'm a master at arms - yes he has tentacles but he uses them as weapons aswell.
I'm as smart as can be - if you read my hints you'd see that this line was in reference to "BRAIN" hint of the name. Smart is a synonym of Brain/Brainy. That is the purpose of that line.
Though I sure have no good looks - it is not human, never has been never will be. It's not something you'd want to look at.
You can sure fight with me. - yes you have to fight him.
Think a bit more next time draco, and READ hints.
