It's not Hades. Synthesizing is even closer to the right type of work, however, although it's not a shop-type work.
The only other synthesis I can think of is that big ass statue in Daguerro that turns your scabby old ores into nice, prettier rocks. I don't think there's a name on it though, and I can't think of a way that it'd fit with the rest.
Unless, of course, it was the fact that BB+C all had a nice pretty rock at some point.
Nah, not that. The work is not anything that has to do with synthesis, that's just closer than invention.
So this person didn't make something....more edited something that already existed? Did s/he make it his/her own? Meaning, did the older thing become obsolete and only the answer's remained popular? That is, assuming my first sentence is correct.
