Sephiroth is pure evil. He controled Cloud to try and kill Aeris in the Sleeping Forest, made him give Sephiroth the Black Materia, had him summon Meteor, and tried to kill him but was thwarted.

BTW X-death is the most evil. You know with a name like X-Death, well it doesn't get much more evil than that lol. Death... TO THE EXTREME! Yes, he was the very crux of evil.
