    Really, it should be Jenova up there, not Sephiroth. Sephiroth is a frozen corpse. It was Jenova that did all the work, just was using a Sephiroth body.

    Ultimecia because shes the only female final boss, plus shes real creepy. I remember the first time i ever made it to her.......ill never forget it. Such an awsome final fight.
