Lockes flash back of when his girly friend gets KO'ed/Dead. It was a harsh real point, and took the hero down a notch. It was a simple scene and yet made me absolutely love Locke's story.

It hits close to home for many of us whom have failed someone, and will always keep them in our thoughts as we push on to our ends. Even when he fails her the second time (with the pheonix esper) and is then vindicated. That is how I connected with Locke; His drive for his friends and constant struggles trying and dying for any good cause.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the FFX ending when Tidus Dissapears, i cried first time i saw it!!! the way that Yuna runs to him to hug him and she goes right through him and then she says to him that she Loves him, *sniffle* so sad.........................

Yeah, i almost cried at the ending of FFX, and I ended up playing FF-X2 just to see the perfect ending. The ending for FFIX was just freakin' awesome. But the best scene it 9, was on the first disc when the third Black Waltz killed all the Black Mages that saved Vivi. That was really sad.
