Just because the membrane is broken, and the physical change occurs, that doesn't mean she's not still a virgin.

that depends on how do you define virginity. if virginity is your status before you have sexual intercourse with a partner then yes, she is still a virgin. but if is virginity (female virginity, that is) is imen (i don't know if that word is in spanish or in english...) is still present and not broken then you could loose your virginity to a dildo.
