We just ban them, or I just ban them. Either way they're banned.

People have been banned for abusing the Warn button before
I think it's impossible to warn cl_out, I warn every post he makes but nothing happens.
I still check my email, you poop, and it shows the name of the person using the warning system.
Why am I a poop? Shlup's the one that pointed it out!
