Yeah, most probably Warrior. In the index of the Dawn artbook it's titled just "Final Fantasy III illustration", so it's not even a NPC.

Generally the number doesn't translate well into the American counting system, so they just show the dollar sign then a picture of an arm and a leg.

Yeah but it doesn't have all of his FF artwork. Every volume has 2 art pieces from FF1-10. I can find more on yahoo and google...
