I vote A.D. 1999 for the fact thats when the hits the fan and god did it make a mess I think that lacked any type of spoiler...

I liked 65,000,000 BC.
600 AD
Best music, best enviroment.
Oh and The End Of Time is a cool 'Era'.
P.S.: If 666 AD would existed, it would be my favorite.
Honestly, I can't choose.
65,000,000BC had the forest thingy, which while giving awesoem exp and tech points, was horrible coz' it encouraged you to spend serious time in there to get levels (which you really don't need for CT).
12,000BC had the Golems and the annoying Blackbird section, which both irritated me.
600AD had Magus, always a plus point, but it was too easy, mostly due to it being early on in the game.
996AD had Lucca's mum, Lara, getting crippled. HA!
1,000AD had nothing really that drew it in.
1,999AD had Lavos kicking everything's arse.Would been cool if it didn't look so crap.
2,300AD had Mother Brain and crappy plot for Robo/R-66Y/Prometheus. Though, it did hold the
The End of Time had Gaspar and Spekkio. If anything, I guess this was my favourite, if only for the general scenery and how damn cool Gaspar was (Note how they took the lamppost from here, and incorporated it into the Undercity maps of Vagrant Story, which I loved).
∞? Assuming that it means all of time (being that ∞ = infinty), then I guess so, but I wouldn't vote for that, just for being so undecided on the matter.
So I suppose I'd pick the End of Time if I had to choose, but as has already pointed out, it's not there in the poll options, so I guess I'm a conscientious objector XD
I liked them all but I'm going to have to go with either A.D. 600 or A.D. 2300. The atmosphere there was just awesome in my opinion.
I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like I spend about five minutes in 12,000 B.C. and then that's it, which enhances the appeal tenfold. From the beginning of every new playthrough, I'm looking forward to the short amount of time I spend in Zeal.
2300 A.D. takes the cake in terms of atmosphere, though. Gloomy music and a drab color palette leave you with a sense of hopelessness. But I'm a sucker for post apocalyptic settings, so there you go.
The only time period I don't find particularly fascinating is 65,000,000 B.C. The Black Tyrano fight is one of the better boss battles in the game, but overall, I don't really care to spend more time in the prehistoric landscape than I have to.
