I found another US online store that has the DVD listed for preorder. It's at CD Universe.

However, it has the release date all f'ed up. That makes me sad. I can't decide whether it's good that they have it set up, or bad because they're saying it's much later than the actual 9/13(god I hope) release date.

EDIT: Also they call it "Final Fantasy 4 - Advent Children." Oh, sweet baby Jesus.
